Booking Policy

RESORT POLICIES

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• It is mandatory to present an address with valid government-issued photo identification for Indian citizens. All other nationalities must present a valid Passport and Visa at the time of check-in.
• Photo-shoot can be done only on chargeable basis, with prior approval.
• All rooms are Non smoking- Guests can smoke in designated spaces only. 
• We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment in the surrounding areas; therefore, loud music is not permitted.
• Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the designated timings & dress codes in our facilities and public areas.
• The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in public areas.
• Visitors are allowed in the lobby area until 5 PM.
• Pool costume is mandatory for pool usage.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.

CHILD POLICY

• Children up to 5 years of age may stay complimentary in their parents’ room on a bed-sharing basis
• Child tariff is applicable for children aged 6–12 years & adult charges will apply for guests above 12 years, as per the rate sheet.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

• In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the resort reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
• 10 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges.
• 7 to 10 days prior to arrival 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival / No-show / Early departure 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
• Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.
